At 3rd Rock Adventures, we take our accommodations seriously. Quality and cleanliness are always our first priority. We also take into consideration food services, location, price and other available services. Our standard room has 2 beds in each room. If you have requested a single room you may have 1 or 2 beds in your room. We do not book triple rooms. Ultimately the room selection is at the discretion of the hotel’s management. We will accommodate special requests such as connecting rooms, smoking rooms or bed types whenever possible.
When checking into a hotel, please have a seat in the lobby and wait patiently for your tour director to get everyone checked in. Your tour director may ask for your passports during this process.
Mini bars are a double edged sword. Although convenient they may also be problematic when checking out in the morning. If you remove anything from your mini bar, even if you only picked it up to look at it and returned it to its previous place, please check with the front desk before you have breakfast and settle any amounts due. Many mini bars work off sensors and simply picking something up may incur a charge. When your tour director does the final check out, they will reveiw every room to see if there are any outstanding charges. You will be accountable for additional charges charged to your room. Resolving these issues at the last minute may result in a delayed departure, effecting activities all day long.
